Vinyasa krama means a step-by-step progression to a particular goal or intention whether that be an asana, pranayama, kriya or meditation. Be open to this class as we explore a range of different practices with intentional themes that promote body awareness and overall wellbeing. This class allows for self-exploration and inquiry through fluid and graceful movements. All levels are welcome and catered to.
Learn to chant ancient mantras. Understand there meaning and how you can integrate them into your everyday life for healing and guidance.
A slow, deep and nourishing practice that will leave your body feeling open and free. This practice focuses on the energetic body and connective tissue to help release tension. There is a strong emphasis on prop use to help support your body so you can relax and melt into the pose.
In this class you will move your body, use your breath, put your life energy in rhythm, and enjoy the pleasures of your mediative mind! Anyone can do it, there is no beginner and no advanced.
